2017 Corazon del Sol Cab/Cab
This is the third vintage of our rare co-fermented blend. With only six barrels made with fruit from our tiny one-acre blocks of Estate Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, this selection is a stunning wine.
Small batches of hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are alternately layered and co-fermented to develop a seamless integration of tannin and complex fruit expression.
Nose: Black pepper, plum, dark chocolate, quince, and spices
Palate: Hints of currants and soft tannins with a long & intense finish
